Online advice system worked really well
I used the online portal for the first time asking for a Doctor or ANP to review and respond to my concerns. The system was effective and clear to use. Within two hours I had a call back from the ANP and was able to talk through the information I had provided. I was listened to, and booked into an appointment for the same week. The service I received was excellent and the same in the surgery when I had my appointment. This is an efficient service and one that I would choose to use again if needed. Thank you.

support since diagnosis
I have received outstanding support from my GP since my diagnosis of COPD. Via phone and in person i have received the best possible care . Patient clear explanations and really sensitive support. Thank you .

Excellent prompt & friendly service to my elderly parents
Both my parents have been with the same surgery all their life and have had an excellent service.Recently their needs have increased and require more attention.My father is house bound and requires the medical staff to come to the house for routine checks and acute emergencies and they have never been let down They have liased with the rapid response team on several occasions after hospital stays and provided means to make them comfortable in their home I live in Solihull and have been fortunate to receive valuable support and guidance from the very understanding practice manager in person and on the phone when problems have arisen due to no fault of the surgery itself.She has managed to liaise with the NHS and solve the problems .In fact my parents are very happy with the service they get from the doctors nurses and ancillary staff My mother has been fast tracked by the doctors a few times and have chased up the hospital to get the results allowing treatment to start quickly Living far away gives me peace of mind that my parents are getting the best treatment from the stretched Nhs

Very engaged surgery
1) The surgery is very engaged and involved in my healthcare. I joined them quite recently in October. I have a history of hypothyroidism, the surgery took the initiative to get me through some medical tests and consultations as to track my condition. This initiative by the surgery and their engagement is very much appreciated as no tmany health practicioners take such an iniative by themselves. 2) Though the service and staff of the surgery are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we had some problems with getting ourselves registered. After submitting our application forms, it took about a month to get a confirmation of our registration. We had to run after this for a long time and called back about 3 times. We were told repeatedly that it would be done in a few days but nothing happened. We had to be quite firm the last time we called before everything started rolling. So the service of this surgery is excellent. The only thing that would need a bit of attention/improvement, is the registration process.
