Repeat Prescriptions

Solent GP Surgery will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the telephone. The easiest way to request prescriptions is on-line. Paper prescription requests can be put in the prescription boxes at all reception sites. You can email them directly on SNHS.solentgpsurgeryprescribingteam@nhs.net 

This change is being made to reduce the risk of mistakes.
