You will still be able to speak to a member of staff and arrangements can be made for you to be seen at a different site or at one of the other local GP surgery hubs if needed.

NHS Breast Screening Programme
There has been recent talk in the media about a problem with the NHS Breast Screening Programme. An issue led to some women who were due to be invited for mammography between their 68th and 71st birthday missing their final invitation. Public Health England will write to all affected women to let them know where they can go for advice or support. If you are concerned please call 0800 169 2692 for further information
Phone issues at our sites - update
In recent weeks we've been trying something different with our phones. Following the recent technical issues, some measures have been taken to improve the quality of the calls. We've also centralised the calls into our three surgery sites to try and allow more calls to be answered in less time. We would like to get any patient feedback on this new arrangement. If you're popping into the surgery, please let a receptionist know.
